This one’s for Hagan & Zack…

There was an invasion of squirrels in my kitchen the other day!!!

Fortunately, they all disappeared rather quickly…

Except one… I tried to get him to leave but he just wouldn’t go, so I named him Lester.

He said he was hungry so I offered him some peanuts…

Then he wanted to play so I took him out to the garden.

& let him get a drink from the bird bath.

We romped in the leaves…

& picked some pumpkins.

Lester thought he might like to kayak

 but he decided to go sailing instead!

When we got back, Lester decided he wanted a train ride in the park,

Zack came too…

but that wasn’t the best idea.

It nearly turned into a huge disaster!!!

It’s a good thing Lester’s quick!

After all that excitement Lester was ready for a quick nap in the hammock.

When he woke up, Lester mentioned that he’d been hearing a lot about Petoskey stones. He wanted to try his paw at stone hunting so we headed to the beach. Can you spot the one he found?

Lester & I had a great & fun day on Torch Lake!

Unfortunately, Lester decided to go for a quick dip in the lake…

Poor Lester….

Me…I’m off to try to find a new squirrel friend!!!
